About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlueCrest Cleaning LLC website (bluecrestcleaning.com) and the cleaning services we provide. By submitting a quote request, signing a service agreement, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these terms.

Services

BlueCrest Cleaning LLC provides move-in / move-out turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, detail cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timing are set out in a written service agreement and invoice for each project.

Service area

BlueCrest Cleaning operates exclusively within the North Carolina Triangle Area: Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, along with the surrounding cities of Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Knightdale, Wendell, Rolesville, Zebulon, and Carrboro. This covers the entirety of Wake, Durham, and Orange counties.

Quotes & pricing

All quotes are reviewed and prepared manually. We do not publish automated pricing. The binding price for any project is the price stated on the written quote or invoice issued by BlueCrest Cleaning LLC. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document.

Service agreements & payment

Work is performed under a written service agreement. Invoices are issued electronically and processed through our payment provider. Deposit or full-upfront payment may be required depending on project scope. Late or unpaid invoices may result in pausing or cancellation of scheduled work.

Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling

Scheduling is confirmed in writing. Reasonable notice is required to cancel or reschedule, and specific cancellation terms are listed in the service agreement for each project. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee.

Access & condition of property

The client is responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time, ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are on, and disclosing any known hazards. BlueCrest Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or items left in the property that obstruct cleaning.

Limitation of liability

BlueCrest Cleaning LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
