By engaging BlueCrest Cleaning LLC for any service or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
BlueCrest Cleaning LLC provides professional short-term rental turnover cleaning, staging, linen management, inventory restocking, and property documentation services throughout the Research Triangle region of North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Cary, and Apex.
3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access
Appointments include a 30-minute arrival window. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely property access. Cancellations, lock-outs, rescheduling, payment, and service-scope rules are governed by the full Terms presented on this page.
4. SMS & Electronic Communications
- Phone numbers collected through our booking process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- You may receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service completion notifications, billing correspondence, and promotional offers if opted in.
- Message frequency varies; up to 5 messages per week during active service periods. Standard message and data rates may apply.
